Introduction of the Oilmaster OM R extraction system

In this blog we introduce you to the Oilmaster OM R, which has replaced our well-known Oilmaster FFS since June 2023.

The Oilmaster OM R is a powerful and durable aerosol separator for separating oil and emulsion mists from breathable air.

The filtration technology was completely redesigned and optimized. Through numerous tests and isokinetic emission measurements conducted by an accredited testing institute, we were able to determine the optimal combination of the three filter stages used.

This resulted in the optimal filter pairing in terms of consistently high separation performance.

In combination with an optimally designed filter housing in terms of calming the airflow and thus low flow velocities at the filter elements, maximum service life compared to similar systems is guaranteed.

To improve installation and user-friendliness, several extensions have been included in the standard package.

This includes a frequency converter for optimal flow rate adjustment during commissioning, as well as a pump set with level monitoring for automated emptying of the collection basin. The system is fully assembled and ready for operation, so only the main electrical supply and the piping need to be connected.

The Oilmaster is designed for separating aerosols from the breathable air in production facilities.

Almost all processes in which aerosols (oil and emulsion mist) are released can be covered with the Oilmaster.
